Valentine's Day Get-Away

Below you will find the schedule for the Posse's Valentine's Day (well close) Get-away beginning on Friday, February 7, 2003. The schedule leaves things open for you to participate as your situation allows.

Friday, February 7, 2003 - For those who want to travel together, Lisa and I will meet you at the El Dorado Hill's Starbucks at 4:00 pm. We should arrive in Tahoe by 6:00pm. We'll be staying at the Holiday Inn Express Friday night (Hwy 50 @ Pioneer Trail (530) 544-5900 - walking distance to casinos - $134.96 per night.) Prices at Harrah's, Caesars, Embassy Suites range from $180.00 - 229.00 per night.

Friday, 8:00 pm - Meet at the Forrest Lounge Buffet (bar area) on the 18th floor of Harrah's for the Seafood Buffet ($24.99 per person, child discount.) After dinner it'll be time for the Casinos, or whatever you decide to do!

Saturday, February 8, 2003 - Do breakfast where you'd like, or meet us at the Zephyr Cove Lodge for breakfast at 8:00 am.

Saturday, February 8, 2003 - No later than 9:15 am, meet at the Zephyr Cove Lodge to check in for the snowmobiling ($89.00 single, $134.00 if you share a unit. Group rate of $76.00 single, $117.00 double if we rent 12 or more snowmobiles. This would include a private tour.)For snowmobiling details, check out www.mtn-guide.com/activityad.cfm/ca102/10216.htm.
Lisa and I have done this tour several times - it is worth every penny! After the snowmobiling we can play it by ear, but we'll probably start heading home.

You have many options:

· Head up Friday night just for dinner/casino fun and head home (or stay over and head home Saturday.)

· Head up Saturday morning for the snowmobiling, shop, casino, then head home (or stay over Saturday night.) You may have a place to stay up there already or want to stay somewhere else (Fantasy Inn, etc..)

This is not open to just couples, and children are welcome. We'd rather see you there with the kids than staying home because you don't have a sitter. This will be major fun, hope you can make it!
